At the initiative of David Jouquand, associate architect at Remington Style and president of the Association of State Consulting Architects, AHA in collaboration with Demain Matin organized a study tripin Zurich, focusing on housing cooperatives. From its militant roots to the normalization of the model, this trip explores the origins of the revival of cooperatives in Zurich — featuring visits to both emblematic and lesser-known cooperatives, as well as panel discussions with political figures, academics, architects, and citizens committed to promoting a process that produces some of the most stimulating urban forms and housing typologies in the world. Will it be possible in France to move from a policy of social housing to a social policy of housing?
