In no other city than Berlin are the layers of local history — whether stemming from urban development or destruction — so visibly inscribed in the landscape. Berlin has become both a laboratory for urban planners and architects and a playground for culture and counterculture alike.
For these reasons, we chose Berlin as the first destination of The Europeans, a series of press trips to European capitals organized by AHA in partnership with abc works.
