In the major transformation sector that is ZAC Nozal – Front Populaire, in the heart of Plaine Saint-Denis just north of Paris, a new program designed by Olivier Fassio and Jean-Brice Viaud for Icade Tertial is hosting the International Olympic Games committee: 30,000 m2 of offices around a perfectly extraordinary atrium 30 meters high and 1370 m2.
